Welcome Details EN ΕΛ

Terms of service

These terms apply to the Welcome Details service (https://www.welcomedetails.com), provided by [your legal name: add it in Settings] ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Welcome Details lets owners and managers of holiday accommodation ("clients") create digital welcome guides, which their guests open with a private link or QR code.

2. Accounts

We create client accounts once a subscription has been agreed and paid. The number of guides included is set in your agreement. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

3. Prices and payment

Prices and subscription periods are agreed with each client and invoiced in advance. If a subscription is not renewed or not paid, we may switch the client's guides off until payment is settled.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish (for example codes, safety instructions and times) and for having the right to use the photos, logos and videos you upload. You give us permission to host and display this content only to provide the service. Content that is illegal, misleading or offensive is not allowed.

5. Translations

Automatic translations are a help, not a guarantee. We recommend checking them, especially for safety information.

6. Shared local pages and area banner

Guides may include shared pages for the area (for example transport, emergency numbers and local partners) and a small area banner. Shared pages are optional. Third-party information such as timetables is provided in good faith and may change without notice.

7. Availability and backups

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service available and keep daily backups, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. You can download a backup of each guide from your account.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses or for content published by clients. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the service

Either side can end the agreement at the end of the paid period. Afterwards, the guides are switched off and the data is deleted within 30 days, unless you ask for a copy.

10. Guests

The information in each guide is provided by the property owner. In an emergency, always call 112 (or the local emergency number).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules.
