You don't need an account to read a guide, and we never ask you for personal details. In particular:
The content of each guide (text, photos, Wi-Fi codes) is written by the property owner, who is responsible for it.
For our clients we process: name, business name, email, phone number, password (stored only in encrypted form), invoicing and payment records, and the content you upload. Legal basis: performance of our contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation for tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Signing in uses one essential session cookie. To protect against attacks we keep the IP addresses of failed sign-in attempts for up to 15 minutes.
We do not sell data, we do not use advertising cookies and we do not use tracking or analytics tools.
Account details are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after our agreement ends, except invoicing records, which we keep for as long as tax law requires. Server logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to us at info@accommodationhub.gr. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or the authority in your own country.
