Send us your current welcome book, PDF or notes and your photos, and we set the whole book up for you, translated and ready to print. Add it to any plan.
Prices are per year, plus VAT where it applies. Paid in advance by bank transfer.

How paying works

Pay the invoice
We send you an invoice for the year. Pay by bank transfer.
Get your login
As soon as the payment arrives, your login is on its way, usually the same day.
Renew once a year
We remind you a month before your year ends. No automatic charges.
Questions
Is there a free trial?
There's no free period, but you can open our live demo book on your phone and see exactly what your guests will get. We are also happy to show you around on a video call.
Can I upgrade to Premium or add properties later?
Yes, any time. You only pay the difference for the rest of your year, and video unlocks as soon as it's paid.
What happens if I go back from Premium to Essential?
Your videos are kept safe but hidden from guests. Upgrade again and they come straight back.
What if I don't renew?
We remind you a month before. If the year ends without a renewal, your books are switched off and guests see a polite "not available" page. Renew and everything comes back exactly as it was.
Do I need to be good with computers?
Not at all. You start from a ready-made template and fill in the blanks. If you'd rather not, choose "We build it for you" and we do it all.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code or tap the link and the book opens in their phone's browser.
